We arrived on an early morning flight, our check in was not until 12pm. Osman on reception took good care of us, he was very helpful and understanding - alongside Tanvir one of the day Reception Managers and all the staff were very helpful. The hotel is in a very good location. Good Buffet Breakfast with desi and continental options.
