We booked a room with club access. Upon arrival we were told that the club is closed. After we expressed our disappointment we were treated to an exceptional buffet dinner and next morning with a very good breakfast without extra charge. All the staff are extremely attentive and helpful. Really a memorable experience.

Well set in the Al Hamra district of Jeddah, ِAluya Hotel is situated 3.6 km from Jeddah Mall, 7.3 km from Nassif House Museum and 7.3 km from Al Andalus Mall. The property is in a great location. When you first walk inside it smells wonderful. The staff are amazing, really friendly and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful and look exactly as they do on the photographs. The facilities provided are all superb, leaving the guest wanting for nothing. Breakfast is plentiful and provides a good choice. I highly recommend this hotel. It is a great choice of place to stay

We were staying just one night in Jeddah after performing an intense umrah so we wanted somewhere tranquil to rest. We had booked Al Corniche, which is the smaller sister site to the intercontinental. When we arrived we were met at guest reception by Hassan. Hassan's customer service was exceptional. He took away all of our tiredness with his polite and helpful demeanor. He also very kindly upgraded us to a seafront room at the intercontinental itself. The room was incredible and we wished we had longer to stay. Two huge double beds, a fruit platter, a beautiful large bathroom with Byredo toiletries and the view was stunning. Everything from the quality of the bedsheets to the hotel coffee shop and rooftop was great. We had to check out super early so we are sad we missed out on the breakfast but I'm sure if the hotel service and amenities are anything to go by that would have been amazing too. Thank you so much for a short and sweet stay. We will surely return.

The Prime hotel is Ideally located in the heart of the most famous district of Jeddah (Al Hamra) with an easy access to all major business and commercial centers in the city. I like reception staff , were very friendly and welcoming specially wejdan and nawaf All restaurants staff were great , specially Mr Mohamed yousif , he was very helpfull and so generous 😀

Ive nearly seen such good hospitality, staff, cleannes and the wish for help in every question or need. In total I have never had such good service and hospitality since a very long time in all branded 5 star hotels!
