Amazing customer service the owner gave us free breakfast when we came early for check in and he told us about the attraction around the area and gave us a list of free attractions that we can just go to and he even advised me on which local restaurant to eat from around the hotel and his advice was spot on. So far I have been to 8 hotels around Thailand since I have started my holiday and by far this is the best hotel I have been to I highly recommend it

The venue is gorgeous in a beautiful Japandi design style. The rooms were great. However, the hotel manager (I think that’s her role), Ying, was the best part of the experience. She made outstanding efforts to help us get around, which wasn’t easy since we were there during the Yi Peng festival (another great experience) and just made us feel so welcome. Thank you so much

Always smile and tried their best to help guests. The breakfast is simple but nice and fresh. The room is clean and bright with big window. The vibe is cool and chill, highly recommended for a quality stay at Chiangmai.

Ideally set in the Chang Phueak district of Chiang Mai, The Earth Hotel is situated 1.5 km from Chang Puak Market, 1.7 km from Chang Puak Gate and 2.1 km from Three Kings Monument. Room was spacious and location is great. Loved the hospitality of the staff there. Really helpful and great service mind.

It was quiet, away from the crowded area of the walled city, internet was great, staff, room was cleaned everyday. The space was wonderful. Free bikes.

Everything, I’m normally pretty picky when it comes down to the cleaning. However I will give this place 10/10. I believe this is a family business that everyone here cares and the service has been extremely excellent!!! By the way, I have got an upgrade to the bigger and better by surprise! This hotel has made my trip unforgettable ❤️🫶🏻, so I stay here longer than my original plan. Thank you so much for looking after me, I will be back for sure!

Situated about a 10-minute drive from Chiang Mai Old Town and 500 metres from Thanin Market, The Opium Serviced Apartment & Hotel offers a year-round outdoor pool, sun terrace and free WiFi in all... Everything was perfect except for sports equipment. The equipment was quite old and barely worked.
