Location is very good. Staff was really friendly. Cleaness is satisfied. Staying with my family (with 3 kids) was really convinient. Parking also very easy. Overall is a good experience.

Centara Hotel Hat Yai ligger ovanför Central Department Store och har ett välgörande spa samt en utomhuspool. Everything. The staff at the piano bar were the best I have ever come across in all my travels. They are so professional. The singer/ piano man was better than I had ever heard. He had the voice of an angle. The location was perfect and right in the middle of the night markets. I would stay here again, again and again. I could not believe how lovely this hotel was and the low price I paid. I have told everyone I know how wonderful this hotel is.

From the receptionist to the cafe staff and housekeeping. I felt welcomed, safe and well taken care of throughout my whole stay. The check-in/out process was hassle-free, even though my flight was late, the staff replied via booking.com messaging system promptly to assure me they have staff available at the timing I'll be arriving. The cafe serves amazing coffee and it's my must have every morning. Reasonably priced, their drinks and pastries are value for money for the quality. The room is gorgeously decorated to adhere to the chinese themed. Loved the layout of the room and how the space is well planned to ensure every inch serves a functional purpose. Everything is where i need them to be. The interior design makes the small room look spacious and cosy. All necessities are provided in the room with real comfortable beddings. They even have an air purifier in the room and automated bins. The bedside lamps are the best as the switch is right on top and you do not have to fuss through the dark to look for the switch. Ample power switches. Definitely my favorite hotel in Hatyai now. Highly recommended for an affordable luxurious stay.

Oun Residence ligger bekvämt beläget i centrala Hat Yai och har luftkonditionerade rum, en trädgård, gratis WiFi och en terrass. The place is clean with basic necessity, comfortable for me, shared bathroom. Although its a rented room but still an upgrade from a shared dorm with a cheap price (for me). You cant beat the location tho.. Walking distance to everything. Easy access to amenities shops & breakfast lunch joints. The lady who manage it was also nice. Would like to stay there again if visit.
