It is close to town but there is no traffic noise. The breakfast was varied and adequate. The staff were cheerful.

WiFi, air-con, TV all work well. Enough parking lots. Located in a quiet environment. Close to the town's walking street, and a number of restaurant, cafe and convenience store. Smooth check-in through the friendly host, though we arrive quite late in the evening. Rather pleasant walking around this town. Very value for money considering the size of the room and its location.
