The apartment was wide, very clean, and comfortable, with an authentic Turkish design. The position of the hotel is just perfect, surrounded by a lot of facilities, a lot of Turkish restaurants, cafes and markets; it is minutes away from the currency exchange place and Turkcell/Vodafone to buy SIM carts; it is perfectly situated near the sea and all the other known places such as Taksim;

Our stay in Istanbul was a 10/10. They upgraded our room for free, and we enjoyed ten deluxe days feeling comfortable and safe. The friendliest host and staff made us feel at home, with regular cleaning and fresh towels provided at no extra charge. The host quickly answered our questions, helped with luggage, and gave us recommendations for food. Plus, the location is fantastic – with many cafes and great breakfast spots just around the corner in a safe neighborhood. We'll definitely be back!

Situat pe malul Bosforului, acest palat otoman din secolul al XIX-lea a fost renovat şi asigură o arhitectură istorică, cu detalii luxoase. Great hotel, fabulous service, very friendly staff! Excellent spa, amazing food! 10/10

Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Ortakoy Bosphorus is located in Ortakoy Istanbul, in the hearth of the Bosphorus coastline. I went for short holiday with my 17 year old son. We both loved it. The hotel was well located, the room was kept clean during our stay and the view of the bosphorus was amazing. Everything was excellent! Especially the staff were wonderful. I would like to thank Gorkem so much for looking after us during our stay, sorting the taxis out, luggages and everything else. Also we had wonderful receptionists who were always willing to help and sort things out for us too. Thank you to Emrecan and Dogukan. And thanks to Fatma who always made sure our room was kept clean and asked if we needed anything. All so friendly and kind.
