I loved everything about this hotel! But the staff has to be top on my list. Every member of staff that I ran into was extremely accommodating and friendly. It's a common theme for the taxi drivers to scam tourists in Istanbul, and the hotel made sure that it didn't happen to me. I was also overcharged for a product at the drugstore next to the hotel, and the owner of the hotel personally took me back to return it since I don't speak Turkish. I was visiting Istanbul for a surgery, and originally only planned to stay for one week, but ended up extending my stay another because the hotel and staff were so lovely. This place was extremely clean and high-end for the price you pay. I can't wait to go back because I will definitely be staying at the Vital Hotel.

I was greeted with the name and drink upon entering (even before check-in). The stuff (especially Daoud) are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is clean and cleaned every day. Drinks in the room are free of charge. I will definitely come back.
