Hyatt Place Washington DC/National Mall ligger i Washington, bare 5 minutters gange fra National Mall, og kan skilte med en restaurant og gratis WiFi over hele overnattingsstedet. The location of this hotel is perfect for my stay. The petite African American lady in the morning who works as a Guest Service was very helpful and gracious to us. She lend me her phone charger from her office and gave it to me to charged mine. I had just arrived in States and I did not have the right plug. Mr. P at the front desk was also helpful. But, his lack of smiles and friendly face intimidated me a little bit. Their free breakfast was phenomenal. Hot food and fresh fruit salads was there everyday.
