Modern facilities. Everything was clean and neat. The rooms, toilets and bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. They always smiled and seemed happy to see me each time I came to or passed the reception. The lady receptionist was fond of explaining everything happening in detail to me, even without asking. She made sure I and others were well informed. They changed the bed sheets everyday. The bed was very comfy. WiFi was very fast and never disconnected. The location is perfect. Because everything I needed was around there. The lady receptionist wished I could stay for Tet. I was treated like a family. I highly recommend Hanoi Traveller House for everyone visiting Hanoi.

Neljatärnihotell Salute Premium Hotel & Spa asub Hanoi kesklinnas Hanoi vanalinna värava ja Püha Joosepi katedraali lähedal. You ask what we liked about this oasis amid outdoor chaos. This is a sanctuary where we felt comfortable, well cared for and our requests were not only met with consideration but the manager went over and above our request.to satisfy our need. This place is a diamond in the midst of all boutique hotels in the area. The breakfast was varied but it was also delicious and we could feel "love" being an important ingredient to their dishes. I would recommend this hotel to all and sundry and I WILL RECOMMEND IT...that is for certain.

Lucy and Tony took great care of us during our stay - Tony even walked to our bus drop off point to collect us upon arrival to make sure we didn't get lost. La Renta's other highly rated reviews are accurate - the rooms are tiny but very clean and well arranged. Showers are hot, beds are comfy, the free breakfasts are fantastic. The staff did everything to make our stay comfortable and convenient. I would recommend this place to stay!

The staff was amazing, we felt like royalty during our stay, they cared about every detail, from the first minute we arrived we were greeted with a Welcome drink and sweets. The receptionist was very kind, she took the time to explain every single detail about things we needed to know about Hanoi and the hotel. The breakfast was a mix of large variety of tradicional dishes and Vietnamese cuisine with plenty of different fruits and juices, They had Vietnamese coffee and the Pudding was incredible. Our room was always cleaned, with complementary water and fruits. I Will definitely go back to this hotel when I go back to Hanoi.
