It’s a family run home stay. The nicest people you will ever meet. The villa & our room was super clean. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. The hostess make simple but delicious breakfast. Steps away from the beach which is super relaxing & convenient. They provide beach towels & you could borrow a bike for free to go into old city. The family at The linh seaside we’re gracious hosts, kind & attentive to our needs.

However the main difference was the excellent hosts, Thuy and Ha, who looked after everything we needed in an incredibly efficient and friendly manner. On top of that Thuy (who has great experience in the fashion business) was able to measure me and my partner and arrange for a fantastic tailored classic evening jacket for me, and a pair of stylish linen pants for him. Ready in 48hours! we will definitely return when we can :) (and bring emptier suitcases)

It was such a peaceful, beautifully designed space that was so relaxing to be in. I was on the third floor I think in the Architect room, with a balcony and sea view and it was so lovely. Breakfast and coffee were fantastic. The ladies who run this place are so kind and helpful, they made the stay so seamless. I loved every minute of my stay and can’t wait to come back one day soon. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Located just 50 metres from An Bang Beach, KA Villa Hoi An offers accommodation in Cam An Ward in Hoi An. It features free WiFi access, a tour desk and concierge services. Everything about this stay was exceptional. The rooms were clean, great massage, the staff are friendly and the free breakfast was delicious. I even got a present as it was my birthday which was so kind.

Great access to close spas and also the beach. 15min taxi to the Ancient town, really convenient.

Located in Hoi An on An Bang Beach, Life Beach Villa features a garden and outdoor pool. Free WiFi is featured . All units have a seating and dining area. Probably the friendliest and most helpful staff of anywhere we stayed in Vietnam. it was a cozy little beach house right next to the ocean.
