My wife and I stayed five nights at the CHiEM HoiAn. Everything was top notch. Our room was spacious, quiet and luxurious with a super-comfortable bed dressed in fine linens. We had a particularly well-located room with a balcony view to the hotel's amazing garden and beyond, plus a second window view to a lush, neighboring yard. More beautiful than our room, however, was the hotel staff, led by Phuc, Summer and Sara. Their kindness, friendliness and attentiveness will stay with us forever. I would be remiss if I also did not compliment the restaurant staff, who prepared a delightful multi-course breakfast for us each day. Well done, CHiEM!

The Watermark Beachside Hotel có xe đạp miễn phí, hồ bơi ngoài trời, khu vườn và sân hiên ở Hội An. The hotel is less than a minute's walk from the beach and it was wonderful to sit on the balcony and listen to the sound of the waves. The room was spotless, well decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were wonderfully welcoming and helpful - getting up early to see me off for an early morning flight. The breakfast was delicious and the pool area very relaxing. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Very clean accommodation with friendly staff. The receptionist was very helpful during our stay and put in the effort to remember guests names which made the visit feel more personal. Hotel is located 10-15min walk from An Bang beach and 5min walk from other beach. There are lot of restaurants nearby. It's take around 15min with a taxi to the old town. Thank you for the pleasant experience

It was such a peaceful, beautifully designed space that was so relaxing to be in. I was on the third floor I think in the Architect room, with a balcony and sea view and it was so lovely. Breakfast and coffee were fantastic. The ladies who run this place are so kind and helpful, they made the stay so seamless. I loved every minute of my stay and can’t wait to come back one day soon. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Nice location very near the beach. Street wasn’t too busy so no worries about noise. Outstanding service. Highly recommend staying here.

The location, the staff were amazing especially Mel, the pool in block b was nice and quiet and very clean,the variety of restaurants around were excellent and the beach,wow,the rooms were ideal, everything was functional and all the staff were so pleasant and couldn't do enough for you,I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will return 😀

While it's not in the heart of Hoi An, you can take a cab to reach the city center in less than 10min. The hotel is clean and very charming. Awesome staff and good breakfast. The gym is also quite good for a hotel gym. There's beach club access to Cua Dai Beach which is a big plus. It's only a 2min walk from the hotel. If you want a quiet beach like experience this is your hotel.
