From the moment we walked in, it has been an outstanding experience. The staff is extremely professional nice and friendly and super welcoming. The room is luxurious, bed extremely comfortable, super clean, everywhere. The food and drinks are also good and there is a wide variety to choose from. Breakfast is also great and with many options to choose from. I tried the spa for a massage and i can say confidently it has been one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I celebrated my birthday there and the chef even made a cake for me, so it was very nice! I can assure this hotel is impecable with outstanding service. Both pools are very nice, the gym is okay as well. Location is good, not too far away from town, and very easy to cycle there, take the free shuttle or even rent a scooter like we did across the road. Absolutely loved everything about this hotel and would love to come back one day!!!! Thank you to the whole staff for making it a memorable experience!

Property was tucked away in a quiet street. Service was exceptional. Staff met all our needs with a smile. There were bikes for us to use at our leisure. We had a family of four and the rooms were perfect with connecting doors for privacy and it was nice having two restrooms. We would definitely return to Little Gem!
