We had the best time staying here. Everything from the hotel, to the family room, the breakfast and the location were perfect. We have been to quite a few places in Vietnam including many hotels and what stands out is always the service. However the service at this hotel was just a level above. We got exellent recommendations for both restaurant, tours and taylor from Daisy (not able to write her real vietnamese name) and we tried most of them out. They all turned out to be fantastic - a great selection of local food at both more turisty restaurants to more local ones. We got excellent help renting motorbikes and they even packed us breakfast, when we had an early flight out.

Offering a refreshing outdoor pool and a spa centre, Nostalgia Hotel and Spa is situated just 900 metres from Japanese Covered Bridge in Hoi An. We’ve been travelling south east Asia for 5 months and this is our favourite place. The staff are the nicest people we’ve ever met, constantly going over and above, making us feel comfortable and helping us with anything we needed. Thank you Kevin, My and Lily! The bed was so comfortable, the location was great and the pool was lovely. We will be back!!

We loved everything about this hotel: - genuinely nice and well trained staff. Everyone speaks good English here. We didn't feel like they were trying to sell us anything, or to convince us to book that tour or the other. The wonderful ladies at the reception are smart, I liked them a lot and trusted their advices. - spotlessly clean - this is very important to me when I travel. Room was cleaned every day, towels changed. - beautiful view from our window. - nice interior design, you can tell they paid attention to details - big pool - you can rent bikes for free - very good value for money Thank you for everything! I cannot recommend it enough!

The room was very clean, with a big, comfortable bed and a small balcony, the hotel is also very close to the old town but also conveniently placed in a quiet area so it was very peaceful around. The staff people were very friendly and offered very tasty coffee for free at any time during the day and night. I strongly recommend this place!! They also arranged transport to the airport. I was very impressed.
