This is a great hotel from A to Z and will be my new go-to when visiting JHB. Close to the airport but away from all the noise and hassle of hotels right at the airport.

Mercure Hotel Suites Bedfordview is a cosy hotel, conveniently located in a residential suburb of Johannesburg, directly opposite Eastgate Shopping, Entertainment Centre and only 8 km from O.R. The hotel was perfect, everyone was super polite and it was just across from a famous shopping mall.

The modern finishes and all the little extras they had to cater to your hospitality needs. The hospitality and being met to be instructed how to come in and out the property. I even wanted to extend my stay but will definitely ensure next time I'm here to stay more than one night. They had extras like cereal, tea and coffee which I appreciated and communication via texted was responded to. What a Gem! :)

Excellent. I was in SA on family business. This was a perfect place for me. The room was great, bigger than I expected, and well equipped. Breakfast was superb. And the hosts were lovely. There was secure parking outside for the rental car, and it was convenient for Bedfordview, with easy access to the motorways. The gardens and pool looked inviting but mid winter is not the time. All in all, excellent and highly recommended.
