Excellent customer service!! Every single member of staff greeted us with a friendly smile and went above and beyond our expectations. When we returned to the Four Seasons at the end of our trip, the hotel welcomed us back with a tray of beautiful, delicious cupcakes ("Welcome Back!" written in sprinkles) in our room. NB The power went out nearly every night due to load shedding, but the generator kicked in within seconds each time.

A big thank you to hospitality, Selene Reddy, Grace Kobe, Yvonne and the rest of the staff for making our wedding anniversary a memorable one to remember. They have been remarkable in the setting up of our stay at the hotel. Our cleaner Zamo was amazing and she was so good in everything. The extra mile the hotel went to accommodate us with the delicious dinners, relaxing Spa treatments, amazing breakfast has captured our hearts and that we will definitely return. Everyone in the hotel were helpful, kind, friendly and very patient. Will definitely be back. My husband has fallen Inlove with room 218 and on our next visit I'm gona book the same room over again. The hotel is accessible and near amenities. The hotel has alternative power 24/7 in case of power cuts (load shedding). Great staff , very helpful and professional, clean rooms. Value for money. 💰

The man at the reception willfully helped us get dinner and had it delievered as well. The kids enjoyed the space and it was very close to malls and amenities. We enjoyed it!
