The host, Valerie, was above and beyond helpful and friendly. Despite the cold weather, the property was super cozy and snug. We both had the best nights sleeps while staying too! Valerie brings a lovely breakfast to the door each morning. I am so glad we chose Joly Tiny House and not a hotel.

It was exceptionally well furnished, nicely decorated, and very very clean. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. The host was very helpful and eager to help. Everything exceeded expectation. Recommend it at the highest level.

This was a nice apartment just south of the Brussels airport. The parking was safe and convenient. The owners were very responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out time. We were able to walk 15 minutes to the train and did not have to move the car during our trip. Halfway between Leuven and Brussels. Very spacious, comfortable beds and internet-based TV for Netflix and Utube. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Bus stop 50 meters from the apartment.

It's clean and cozy room, really clean a bathroom too. The blanket was great! The warmest blanket in my life :)

Very nice and friendly owner. She said her English is poor, but we had no problem with communication, she seems to be a very cheerful and nice person. The room was better than we expected, cute and cosy interior. The neighborhood is very secure and well maintained, bus stop was very close.

The accommodation was very comfortable, the area was also very nice with close access to the Metro and the information your wife gave me about parking and the Metro was very helpful. Excellent place, spacious, very quiet, great location and close to public transport, very attentive host with wonderfull details, including breakfast by the door (!), fully equipped with even basics in the fridge! Will definiltely come back!

Everything! Isabelle and Christian are very kind and helpful. The location is very convenient to public transport, market and cafes. Very quiet area.
