The villa is wonderful, very cosy and modern. The food/wine is excellent! Located in the forest, very quiet, one of the closes locations to 7 lake lift bottom station. Balcony is a nice touch.

There was no breakfast.We asked if we could pay for one, separately from the price we paid for the accommodation, but we were told it was not possible. Because we didn't have a car, we found the trek from the pool a bit long, didn't expect that...

House was clean, it’s big and very comfy. The host was super friendly. I traveled with my baby and they provide a baby crib and chair. You can ask the host to cook for you or make a cake and she is happy to do so and it’s LOVELY. ( it’s just a small amount you have to pay ) Best cake i ever eat. There are shops on walking distance like a pharmacy, grocery store, nail salon ect and for the kids there is a playground.

We really enjoyed our stay! Even though we can not speak with Antonia (the owner) cause we missed the languages what we know and what she know, we understand each other. She was so helpful. During the welcome Antonia gave us a cake (delicious cake!) and the other day, when we were packing on our hike, she gave us a cucumber from her garden. Also during our leave, as to say goodbye, she gave us a Cloverleaf for lucky. Ok, the bathroom maybe was small but we were totally fine with it. Noting to complain. So if you are looking for a wonderful homestay, that is your next stop! Hope see you again! 🍀

The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. They have a good size, we had one with double bed and a wonderful balcony where we could drink our morning coffee and enjoy the view at the Rila mountains. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with the other 2 rooms. Nevertheless they are spotless clean, the host lives downstairs and makes sure everything is in perfect order. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. When we arrived she waited for us with homemade dish - filled peppers. She also gave us coffee capsules for the little nespresso machine in the kitchen. If we needed anything, she was glad to help. We can definitely recommend this property 👌

The hosts were so friendly. We really felt at home at Guest House Simona. The garden is fantastic and we enjoyed cooking in the outside BBQ area. We also enjoyed watching the birds in the nests in the window.

Very clean and spacious space with private parking. We felt really comfortable staying here as a group of 4 people. Hosts are very polite and nice. Location is great.
