Very nice place - modern, clean, cozy, and spacious. We had windows pointing to the inner yard so it was even calm and pretty quiet. It's not exactly in the center but the tram stop is near. There is free parking on the street in front of the house.

Ubytovani Nikol is located in a quiet area, a 5-minute drive from Brno's centre and a 15-minute drive from Brno Airport. A bus stop is just 20 metres away.

We stayed at Nikol for 2 nights. Excellent location, max 15 mins from central station tram + walk. The mini zoo nearby is fantastic. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, although there is not much to do there. But the centre is pretty close. The room is totally okay for its price. Silva is really helpful. I'll definitely book again.
