The best view of the island from our balcony in walking distance from maybe the most beautiful beach on the island (about 100 m through the stairs of the room complex). The cleaning service is perfect, the room was every day perfectly clean. Very friendly and very helpful staff members including every member of the family that own the business. The Tavern “Captain Cook”, that also belongs to the family, offers the best view of the island and one of the best menus perfectly prepared from the cook Antonis. The transfer from and to the port is offered without having to ask. All in all the perfect stay on the perfect island! We are definitely coming back! Thank you for an amazing holiday!

I liked everything about this property. First the owner Georgia comes and picks you up with a warm welcome. After a smooth check in you get to you superb clean room (they clean everyday!!). Then we have Oyianna ! What a beautiful person and what a Chef!!! Can’t rave enough about the food here. Everyone was so helpful. If you had any questions or wishes they were answered. I absolutely loved it here and extended my stay.

Excellent location. Quiet, great seaview of nearby Livadi Beach from the balcony. It's a new building and all facilities are therefore new. Quality-wise, above average - a classy place. Very clean, towels changed every day and bed sheets every two days. Nespresso machine available (capsules included), Baked bread, butter, jam and honey provided every day for a quick breakfast. The host, Ms. Irini, was very helpful - picked us up and then dropped us to the ferry when we left, saving us a long walk from the port. Although we arrived early in the morning she had the room ready for us by the time we arrived - a big thank you. A bottle of water in the fridge meant a lot to start with. The nearby beach (Livadi) is very good (sandy, with clear waters). On the beachfront there is a lovely restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner - the staff is nice and the daily specials are delicious. The village is a 10 minute (pretty steep) walk uphill (on a dirt road) but not something reserved for athletes. 😊 I spent three nights and I look forward to coming back - a perfect place to relax in a laid-back atmosphere.

Very nice and modern studio, peaceful and quiet location. Literally a 20 meters walk to the best beach on Schinoussa. Not a problem for me, but since the Chora (old town) with all the restaurants is uphill you'll have burned the calories before you even had dinner. Hosts are very friendly and always ready to help if needed.
