We liked everything very much! We stayed in a room with garden view, it was very nice and spacious and decorated with a lot of attention to detail. The room and the whole facilities were kept extraordinarily clean and we got fresh towels very often. The host Georgios was really kind and helpful. We liked that we could just order coffee every morning, which gave us a good start into the day. There is also breakfast available but we didn’t try. The guesthouse is conveniently located right by the seaside, so we went for a refreshing morning swim every day. It might be important to know that the guesthouse is not directly connected to public transport but if you ask nicely, the bus will drop you off there anyway. :) It is also possible to walk to Therma from the guesthouse but the road is very narrow, so we mostly went via auto stop. For people who like to be flexible I would recommend to have a scooter or a car if you stay in the guesthouse. It has a big parking space.

Our stay in Villa Maria was, without exaggeration, perfect. First of all, the Villa is located right next to the beach. There is nothing more refreshing than enjoying your morning coffee or watching the wonderful sunset with the sound of the waves. The villa is located just next to the port of Samothraki so its very convenient to get there, given that the only way to get to the island is by boat. There is a supermarket nearby, as well as restaurants, cafes, bakeies and souvenir shops, all in walking distance. Our room was larger than expected and very well equipped. with a big air conditioner, fridge kitchen tools etc. And finally, our most positive experience was the host. Sakis is probably the best host i have encountered in my years of traveling. Polite, friendly, hospitable and always making sure that we have everything we need. He also gave us many recommendations on what to do, where to go and what to eat. We followed all of his recommendations and had a wonderful time. I suggest you do the same!

The location of the rooms is one of the best in Samothrace. Super market at walking distance, just a few meters from the central square, there is even an excellent tavern right across the street. For someone who wants to stay at Therma and visit the waterfalls, this is the place to stay. The rooms were ultra clean but what makes this property stand out is the excellent hospitality by our hosts Anna ( or Calliope ☺️ ) and her husband Nikos. Thank you for a great time and we truly hope to see you again soon.

Der Inhaber Tasos lässt keine Wünsche offen! Ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, mit vielen Tipps für die Insel. Man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl in der Pansion Galini. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Hat man Sonderwünsche, werden diese je nach Möglichkeit erfüllt! Für diesen Preis bekommt auf jeden Fall mehr als man erwartet! So wünscht man sich seine Ferien, unkompliziert schön und gemütlich! Die Lage ist übrigens ein Traum, eine herzige Unterkunft in mitten der Natur, mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tavernen und Kaffees die man braucht. Hier kann man definitiv den Alltag vergessen und sich neu erden.
