The host Olegs was extremely hospitable and kind. We arrived at 12pm, he had prepared the sauna for us. He gave us a quick tour of the guest house/cottage. The fridge was stocked with stuff for breakfast as well as beers and wine (all on the house). There is a big nice bathtub for relaxing. The cottage was extremely clean and cozy. It is equipped with everything one would need for a comfortable and a pleasant stay. On our second day, Olegs actually brought us nice sandwiches and a bottle of Soviet champagne which was pleasantly surprising! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, would 200% recommend it to anyone who wishes to have a nice getaway for a couple of days to relax and unwind.

I honestly like everything about Anna's Guesthouse. This was my 3rd time staying there and if in Riga again this is where I'll stay. Anna and her husband are absolutely lovely, very accommodating, very fast at responding any of your questions and I feel truly cared for. The place is always very clean, it's cozy, there is a big eating area with two fridges, a microwave, coffee, tea and other small things available for guests to use. There is a stovetop so if you wish to cook, you can. The area is also great with lots of things around and within walking distance to the city centre. It's definitely fantastic value for what you pay, you can't beat it!

Located in the city center, very near to the old town and origo mall and train station. The room was nice, big, bright day time, clean, quiet. bed was big and comfortable. we've been very good! :)

A Latvian wooden house in Riga that hides comfort, value, charm and history. A family run place which also doubles up as a little “Musej” / Museum to Lenin - who once stayed here in a trip to Riga. Ask to see room 5 to be transported to back to the revolution ;) All in all a great place run by super nice folks

Large room with two tables, vintage design, free car parking in the yard, quite location, perfect temperature for sleeping in winter (quite warm, but also chilly enough for a good night's sleep). The location, even though a bit remote from the city center, nearby has a couple of public transportation stops.
