I normally don’t give high ratings, but this property is worth it. Everything is so clean and spotless. The room has many little details to make you feel at home. The bed was very comfortable and allowed me rest and sleep well after a day of meetings. The breakfast was amazing and the have a lot for choice. I had to leave very early and my breakfast was prepared and delivered into the room regardless of the time. The hosts were very attentive and made sure my needs were met. These guys could teach a thing or two about hospitality to a lot of hotels. I will definitely come back again.

We, family of 4, stayed The Little House for 10 days in April and are extremely happy with the stay! Facility is very clean and equipped with all necessary items for daily life. Quiet suburb area, yet just 20-30min car ride to the center of Brussel. Strong wifi signal, free on-site car parking, and bonus back yard. The owner/host family is AMAZING. They are extremely friendly, sociable, respective and flexible. 120% recommend this facility, with no doubt!!

The host, Valerie, was above and beyond helpful and friendly. Despite the cold weather, the property was super cozy and snug. We both had the best nights sleeps while staying too! Valerie brings a lovely breakfast to the door each morning. I am so glad we chose Joly Tiny House and not a hotel.

Welcoming home for a three-night stay! Close proximity to restaurants, shops, tourist sites, and public transport. Hospitable hosts and clear communication prior to and during the stay. Highly recommend!

Green Hill Guest House in Overijse benefits from green surroundings and features modern accommodation units, a furnished terrace and a large garden. The house is absolutely stunning and the both hosts are super nice and welcoming. The property is very well located and super super cozy. Only regret was staying only one night. The house has a beautiful garden which is very welcoming for a coffee in the morning. The location is super quiet and very close to the main road which makes it easier to go in and out Brussels.
