O atendimento foi excelente, o rapaz da recepção foi super prestativo, nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos, super simpático, ele fez o trabalho de um guia, muito humilde e ótima pessoa.

The property is in a serene location. The design is simplicity, the swimming pool and our room looked just like on the pictures. The staff mostly doesn’t speak English, but with translator apps it was not a problem. They were very helpful and one even drove us to a restaurant and later picked us up again!

We received all the relevant information in advance from Carol and she was always available when we needed her help or had some questions. She even booked the tickets for the park late at night for us since we arrived in the evening. The room was big, clean and comfortable. It was really quiet at night and we could rest perfectly. The hotel stuff was so friendly and helpful as well. The entrance to the park is really close (approx. 5 min walking distance) and there are a lot of restaurants in the area. I can highly recommend this hotel if you want to visit the park!

云起山居庭院观景民宿 apresenta acomodações em Fenghuang. Alguns quartos do alojamento têm pátio com vista da montanha. The host is very kind and super supportive. She helped us in many many ways to make our stay comfortable eventhough we stayed only one night. She even came with me to the local medial Center to check my strange rash on my feet. They are very kids friendly too. The restaurant she recommend was best local food in the area. So delicious. The room is spacious. You can get a anti-mosquito product for the room. The only downside is that toilet is traditional Chinese style and shower is in the same space but it's super clean and no smell at all. Room was very spacious with modern Zen touch. So even though we are not used to the Chinese toilet it was all worth it. Price is very very reasonable as well. It's hard to find so get in touch with the host in prior. Many steps but it's normal for this area. View was amazing from the room.

The Tujia folk houses accommodation was fantastic! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Our host was amazing - we were picked up from the railway station on arrival and dropped off when we left. Our host also provided lots of helpful information about Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie National Park. She dropped us off at the ticket office for Tianmen Mountain and she arranged a taxi to take us to the national park. The pool at the hotel was great for cooling off after a long day out! The view from the pool was beautiful! Overall, great accommodation. And there are two great places to eat nearby!

The room is clean ,the location is very convenient,the environment is nice,open the window we can see the mountains and stream,there are lots of reasteraunt around the hotel,the boss is so nice ,he can tell you how to visit about the scenic patiently,they suply their own map of the park,it's very important to us!

Com comodidades para churrascos e um jardim, o Easy House Gaoyun Branch está localizado em Zhangjiajie, a 15 minutos a pé de Yuanjiajie. A perfect stay near Zhangjiajie National Park. Rebecca was so kind and made our stay really comfortable. We had a free transfer to the park entrance every day, and she helped us to find and book all the great activities around. The room was simple but comfortable

O Mr Lee's Wonder Villa está situado em Zhangjiajie, a 200 metros do Elevador Bailong e a 800 metros do Templo Taoist Zixia. The property was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Really a lovely stay. Breakfast was excellent!!
