The hosts at this guest house went above and beyond, both collecting and dropping us off at the airport, recommending amazing restaurants, and helping us with everything we needed. The breakfasts here are great, good little spot!

The inn is amazingly decorated, clean, and the staff and owners (Mr. Huang & Mrs. Fan) are super friendly and helpful. We had many meaningful conversations about the history of this place as well as the jade trade over tea time (Mrs. Fan loves tea - great opportunity to learn and taste). The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and each is decorated in a style, but in general very traditional and zen! There's a public tea room, studyroom/library, and a balcony. The location is very close to the entrance of the old town, and you can walk 2 minutes straight to the bustling main street, where you can find great restaurants and charming little coffeeshops and trinket stores. We had such a great time that we decided to extend our stay. 12/10 recommended and definitely will make this our stay again this winter.

Great location, convenient to walk around but very quiet for a good sleep. The girl is very friendly and helpful, she helped us with our luggage and taxi booking when we needed to go to the railway station early in the morning. Everything is perfect & we would love to stay again here.
