The traditionally built Kamares is situated 400 metres from the beach of Alopronoia in Sikinos. It features Cycladic-style rooms with a balcony or patio overlooking the Aegean Sea. Very nice view, clean and nice rooms that they look much better from the pictures. The staff is lovely and very helpful.

Large clean room for 3 ( although I was alone). Room no.5. Large terrace. Cooking facilities.a/c and TV. Everything working. Didn't see anyone in charge apart from first evening when I was searching for the rooms. Since there are no indications how to get there and the google/ booking.com maps look more complicated than it is, here's how to get there on foot from ferry: walk all around back of beach and car park (wasteland) to the houses where a road leads off to the left. Walk to the end of that road, go around the corner to the right, then immediately left where you will find a path and white-painted steps leading upwards. Where the white paint stops, turn left into the garden and house where, hopefully, you'll find someone to welcome you - although they may already be out looking for you if you booked and told them with which boat you would arrive.It's really not far and takes only a few minutes.
