It also has a stand alone bungalow room, which I stayed in, which is like having one’s own little home! There is a beautiful pool on the property as well. The family that runs the property is great and will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable.

The host was incredible and truly went above and beyond, he organised everything for us for the safari tour and even drove us to the bus stop. We had a free coconut on check in and a juice on checkout. The room was lovely nd big and clean with great air conditioning. An amazing experience, especially for the price!

They are very attentive and friendly and had the best recommendations. Each morning, breakfast was fresh and tasty. We had dinner there as well and it was the best meal all week. Highly highly recommend this place.

Priyanka was a wonderful host. After arriving from a hot afternoon safari I was greeted with a cold towel and a fresh coconut. The room is large, clean and has a/c. The dinner and breakfast prepared by his wife was delicious. It was great value. Overall a fantastic one night stay. I highly recommended this guest house.

Featuring a garden, Green Lake offers rooms in Tissamaharama, 2.2 km from Tissa Wewa. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. We loved the stay, Tharindu organized everything for us and we had the best Safari to Yala Nationalpark. We recommend you to book with him, he gives you the best price. We paid RS 27.000. He even organized us a TukTuk to the bus station for free. And we had really good food there. Would definitely come back.
