Hidden Lake Cottages Sigiriya is located in Sigiriya and features a private pool and lake views. Featuring babysitting service, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. This was absolutely the most beautifully designed, comfortable, well thought-out private cottages in the most divine landscape and garden imaginable. Large rocks to sit on, space to have space from each other to read or meditate on the large rock out front of cottage, surrounded by artfully planted garden blooming with flower among vivid greenery and massive trees out yonder among the surrounding lush green paddy fields and nature park. The sound of peacocks and beautiful birds and a gorrgeous private swimming pool complete with lights and spa jets in each cottage. Away from the fray and business, this was magical. Hosts were so inredibly warm, kind, generous, and the food was pretty mush the best we have eated so far- and that includes in 5 star Negombo hotel and me being Sri Lankan myself!!! I strongly recommend this place to my Sri Lankan family who love to get way from Coombo, and visitors too. There was unseasonal rain in the area that restricted out visit to Sigyria, but I could not think of a better place on earth to be stuck in the rain!

Simoya Park is a small boutique hotel run by a lovely local family, who go above and beyond in hospitality - the aim is to make your stay comfortable. The room was impeccable, large bed and crispy clean bed sheets. Little details like fresh flowers decorations and an amazing shower with a view to a jungle. The room also has a balcony and a front terrace, where you can enjoy meals prepared by the hosts. Simoya owners can also organise local travel and transfers on requests. They know about their country and explain you about it with passion. If you want to have a very relaxing stay in a very tranquil area - Simoya Park can be your home away from home.

1.7 km from Sigiriya Rock, Hungry Lion Resort is a recently renovated property situated in Sigiriya and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Had a wonderful stay at this resort, the room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and helped us organise stuff that we needed organising and were kind enough to let us check out late as we had an evening flight. A perfect location to explore the Lion rock-10 mins away and very easy to walk to local restaurants. We also had a big breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Located within 3.5 km of Sigiriya Rock and 4.5 km of Pidurangala Rock in Sigiriya, Relax Nature Villa offers accommodation with seating area. Very welcoming family and beautiful Guesthouse in the middle of the jungle. The food was amazing both the dinner and the breakfast, and the price are very cheap. The wifi connection is perfect and you can also rent a bike to move around which is very helpful. Perfect place

Boasting garden views, Roy's Villa offers accommodation with a garden, a bar and barbecue facilities, around 8.2 km from Sigiriya Rock. This is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at, and I strongly believe should be a must-stay for anyone in Sri Lanka, particularly if you’re thinking of checking out Sigirya. The hostel is perfectly clean and comfortable, the vibes are amazing and friendly, the staff are amazing and the activities on offer and second to none. Family dinner is delicious and the perfect way to meet people and plan your days, and I really cannot recommend Roy’s Villa enough.

Beautiful garden and lovely terrace to enjoy it from Amazing hospitality - Ashoka went out of his way to recommend places and organise things for us to do Dinner and breakfast were incredible and some of the best food we have eaten in Sri Lanka Room was very comfortable and clean

The location is the absolute best if you are hoping to hike up Pidurangala and Sigiriya Rock. The bed was comfortable, the showers had , the food was delish and the ladies who own and run this place are the sweetest and most incredible. he was our Sri Lankan friend and took such good care of us. Amazing food and great recommendations! You can just tell how much love and passion they have put into everything. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Located in Sigiriya, 600 m from Pidurangala Rock, Sigiri Close-up View Guest features a garden and views of the mountain. The location is marvelous and full of serenity. It is possible to experience the view of the lion rock thorough greenish garden. The outdoor bathroom is so cool and much align with nature. The food is very tasty and healthy and the crew is very friendly

Featuring free bikes, garden and views of mountain, Shashin Lake Resort is located in Dambulla, 19 km from Sigiriya Rock. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The lady host is very kind and smilling. The location is beautifull just in front of the lake and the garden is pretty. The dinner and the breakfast was very delicious. Bandara messaged me and provided a free pick up from the bus station. Later we asked him for a Sigirian tour, and he provided the most detailed and beautifull tour to us. He knows a lot about the location and took us to special spots for photos. But above of all he is very responsible and makes you feel secure. We missed the right exit and were lost in the forest. But he found us very quickly in the dark. He was the perfect guide and friend we ever met in Sri Lanka.

The location is magical with views of Sigiriya Rock across beautiful rice paddies. There are numerous birds to watch from your balcony or the rooftop lounge where you have your delicious breakfast. The rooms are simple and comfortable with AC, hot water and WiFi. You can walk to the village for restaurants, or by the rice paddies to check out the nearby lake. But the best part is the family that owns the guest house - they are absolutely wonderful and really demonstrate what hospitality is all about. We really enjoyed our time at this guest house.
