Casa d'Avó Guesthouse and Apartment ligger i Urzelina och erbjuder boende med utsikt över staden samt en trädgård, en gemensam lounge, en terrass, vattensporter och grillmöjligheter. We really liked the location as well as the kitchen. Loved that the kitchen was well equipped.

Caldeira Guesthouse is situated in Calheta, 100 metres from the Atlantic Ocean, in the Azorean São Jorge Island. Caldeira surf camp is located in the most idyllic place on Sao Jorge and feels like a home away from home. the view from the terrace was just amazing, and I enjoyed many meals shared with other guests there. You can walk in either direction from the house and enjoy some of the island’s best hikes, including a spectacular waterfall with plunge pool. There are surfboards you can use too, be sure to ask the guys where to go and tips for surfing here. A highlight for me as a solo traveller was spending time with the other guests and relaxing at the property. There’s a chef and you can choose to have all your meals prepared for you (additional charge) I would definitely recommend choosing this option as it’s very good value and it’s a great way to meet other people from all over the world. Plus, it’s a long walk down to carry all your stuff including food. I 100% hope to return to this magical place one day. Thank you David, Ben and the team for looking after me so well!

Casa dos Rui´s ligger i Velas och erbjuder boende med trädgård, gemensam lounge och terrass samt gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen. Det här boendet erbjuder både familjerum och en grill. The place exceeded our expectations simply because of its host Rui! Maybe the room is a bit too small but Rui is a gem! He suggested some very best sport to visit on Sao Jorge, helped to solve return time issue with car rental company, suggested few really nice restaurants and even booked few taxi rides for us. We simply forgot about all the small inconveniences in the house, becase Rui made us spend a great time in Sao Jorge and if you read this, Rui, thank you very much!

Azoresdream ligger i Velas på ön São Jorge, 41 km från Horta. Rummen har satellit-TV. Azoresdream erbjuder gratis WiFi. Receptionen är öppen 24 timmar om dygnet. Wow, this place far exceeded what I was expecting for the price. Firstly, it is immaculately clean. My room was very comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. It is located right in the heart of town, but it isn't noisy. I'll definitely return.

Quinta Do Canavial ligger på ön São Jorge och har vidsträckt utsikt över öns grönområden och Atlanten. Här finns en utomhuspool och en restaurang. Amazing view of the ocean and cliffs. Tables scattered throughout the property for a secluded breakfast surrounded by cool plants a flowers. Staff was soooo awesome. They heard we were leaving early and would miss breakfast and they packed us lunch baggies to eat in the road. Amazing place I hope to come back

Perched on the mountains of São Jorge Island, Cantinho offers a furnished terrace with an infinity pool and a hot tub. It offers luxurious, air-conditioned apartments with a private patio. The suite has 2 decent sized bedrooms with king beds (2 twins together), which were very comfortable. One bedroom had a 3 piece ensuite bathroom and the other 3 piece bathroom was just down the hall from the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen had great appliances, including a washer and clothing steamer. We really enjoyed the patio area with inside views of the courtyard. It was a great location where we could easily walk to the gardens, harbour and shopping area.

The room was a short walk to anything in town. There’s also cafe with one of the better menu offerings in town right next to the hotel. My favourite amenity was the room’s large balcony with a great view of Pico. The staff is friendly and helpful. I asked lots of questions.
