immaculate! Beautifully presented inside and out. Comfortable furnishings, lots of space and wonderful ocean view. Las Puntas is a great village. Friendly restaurant and supermarket all within walking distance. small charco just opposite house, if wind conditions permit, but other swimming areas within easy reach along El Golfo coast. With easy main road access, Las Puntas is a really easy base from which to explore the rest of the island. This property is a real gem.

Great atmosphere. The house has many nice details and is beautifully situated close to beautiful rock formations and natural stone pools. The street is very quiet. There are 2-5 restaurants in walking distance. On the terrace around the house are 3 tables, so you can always have your meal in the sun or shadow as you prefer. The pool was cleaned during our stay.

the house is small but nice. The garden around, the pool, the nice sitting places outside, the quiet neighbourhood, the perfect kitchen with all you need. Two bedrooms are very small, but cute and comfortable, the third one has a double bed and is bigger. Frontera and Tigaday village are just 5 Min. away by car for shopping, nice sunday market, restaurants, etc. but even in Las Puntas close by you can find Restaurants. The coast is not far and the nice natural pools of La Maceta are reachable in 10Min. drive. Even you have no car there is a public Bus station not too far. The communication with the owner Silvina was very good and we got all information we needed. A big advantage is the lower cost location, as in February it can be still chilly and often foggy in the mountain regions. Most of the time the weather is better on the coast. Consider that during winter months the sun apears only at 11:00 morning from behind the high mountain chain, but you will have a long day with sunset, which compensates all. We surely recommend this house and hopefully we can come back once. Thanks Silvina!
