The cottage is simply amazing. Beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while on our visit to the South East of England. The location - about 5mins to Camber Sands beach and quick 8mins drive to Rye; food was amazing in Rye; nice information booklet about local area and food; super cleanliness; good user-friendly heating and hot, good-pressure shower (especially on a very wet and windy weekend!); very helpful, friendly and prompt correspondence with Jan who made suggestions when petrol shortage was going on and my enquiries about covid safety re towels and sheets (which were provided and clean); made use of the DVDs and TV when it was sideways rain outside :D

The place is immaculate, and we had everything we needed. The surroundings are beautiful and there's plenty of space for the kids to run around. Ours enjoyed feeding the donkey and ponies. It's in a great location, just a short drive from Rye. We will definitely be back!

Its proximity to the main street was incredibly convenient, making it easy for me to access various amenities and attractions during my stay. It was evident that great care and attention to detail were put into maintaining the cleanliness of the property. Walking into a spotless environment immediately set a positive tone for my stay, and it was truly a pleasure to reside in such a well-kept space. Lastly, I want to highlight the charm and loveliness of the house itself. From its cozy ambiance to its tasteful decor, every aspect of the property exuded warmth and comfort. It felt like a home away from home, and I found myself thoroughly enjoying my time spent there.
