Hafoty Farm Cottages has sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Caernarfon, 18 km from Snowdon Mountain Railway. Clean and comfortable to stay. Far from noise and cheap. It is a 30-minute drive from the Snowdonia Race start - finish but still reasonable. Will stay here again if ever I go back to run that race again.

Perfect accommodation, everything was great. 2 families with grown up children, plenty of room, super comfy. Excellent.

Easy to get to and find (the blue walls do help - You see it in approach :). Everything brand new and pristine. As if the Owner refurbished it for themselves. Nice design. Warm and cosy. Everything we weary travellers needed! And, a bonus there: a shelf filled with maps, guide Books and ideas what to do and where to go! Bed comfy, bedlinen and towels as in best Hotels. Shower felt luxurious, plenty of hot water. Easy to heat up the lounge area with a little electric fire, important on wet days! Top tip: BlackLion neighbouring pub has delicious food and great atmosphere, good for dinner. Go and find out, worth it.

Offering quiet street views, Totters townhouse is an accommodation situated in Caernarfon, 19 km from Snowdon and 37 km from Portmeirion. Close to town, and really good space. We were cycling (group of 6) and we were able to store bikes safely and securely. Breakfast was provided. Toast, crumpets, porridge, eggs, fruit, milk and eggs. And for the price couldn’t have asked for anything more.

A nice lake is nearby too. love the backyard but as it was winter we didn’t use it.
