We tremendously enjoyed staying at the Old Post Office, which is most likely the cleanest, the coziest and by far the best equipped holiday home we’ve ever stayed at. We loved the tranquility and the remoteness very much indeed and we greatly enjoyed the garden and the exceptional view from the wee entrance room (where we actually spent most of the time because of the view). SOLACE COTTAGE ligger i Bunavoneader. Detta semesterhus har en trädgård och gratis privat parkering. Beautiful views over the sea! The cottage has everything you could possibly want. We were also pleasantly surprised by the great welcome basket waiting for us, thank you Caroline! There were even binoculars for spotting wildlife. Supermarket close by, although we did most shopping in Stornoway. We had a great time! After we left I found out I forgot something very special to me and Caroline arranged to send it back to me without delay: again many thanks here!

Everything you could want in a small but exceptionally well thought out 'hut'. We would highly recommend Fisherman's Hut and hope to return in the future. Thank you.

Coll Lodge, Isle of Harris ligger i Manish. Detta semesterhus ligger i en byggnad från 2013 och erbjuder gratis privat parkering. Everything, set in a beautiful location with stunning views across the Atlantic. Views Seals sleeping on a large rock, sea eagles, otters and dolphins. Peaceful and quiet. Lovely big clean rooms with comfy beds. Hosts are very helpful and go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Very relaxing. The beaches are stunning, the sea is turquoise and the sand is white, it was like having a tropical beach all to yourself, without the sweltering heat. Just perfect.

Kilda House ligger i Leverburgh. Boendet erbjuder en trädgård, grillmöjligheter, utsikt över havet och gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen. The place was fantastic. Peaceful, clean, plenty of room and so reasonably priced. The staff are fantastic, we had a puncture and they were able to help immediately. Leverburgh is remote, but there was so much to do and the house was full of games, puzzles, dvds etc so we could keep busy even in bad weather! We'll definitely be back!

Braemore Chalet ligger i Tarbert. Gratis WiFi erbjuds i alla utrymmen och privat parkering finns på plats. The chalet was lovely and warm with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed the tasty eggs left for us and would have tucked into the biscuits as well if the brilliant sunny weather hadn't meant we were outside most of the time.

The location was a bit remote, and very quiet, but that is what we were looking for! We enjoyed the lovely drive to and from the property and the locals we spoke with were very friendly and helpful. The house was very well equipped for our needs, especially the kitchen. This was one of the best kitchens I've experienced among many rentals in our travels, which made it fun for our group of 6 to dine together on our nights in. Two of us in the group love to cook and we found all we needed in the cupboards for prepping those meals.
