Great location. Wonderful hosts. They helped with pick up at train station in the morning. The driver is their brother in law. He took us to a French bakery before going to the dock. They booked our boat ride so we just had to show up and the guy who works for boat company checked us in. It’s right on the main road on Chàm island and centrally located. AC in room works great. Hosts helped coordinate return boat ride and same driver will take us to both Marble mountain and Ba Na Hills tomorrow when we go back to mainland. We would have stayed a 2nd night at this location but only the one night was open. Very popular place.

Super friendly! Very accommodating and inviting! Location and view were great! Received a lot of information about the island! Breakfast was yummy! I was also fed lunch on the day I was leaving, which was so tasty! Even gave me a quick ride to the dock! Overall, I highly recommend!

Linh is just the most welcoming host! She and her family made us feel like home. The homestay feels like a hotel but with the warmth feeling of a homestay! just perfect. Have to say she is the best cooker in town! Tamarindo shrimps are a must try;) Thank you!

We loved the snorkeling trip!!! The village is not touristic, you can just go around and enjoy the views. The host family is very helpful (even if they English isn't fluent). They organized us two wonderful days on this beautiful island. We did the snorkeling around the coral riffs, fishing at the evening, enjoying peaceful bays. We did not expect it. The hosts picked us up from the harbour so we did not have to worry about anything.

Excelent stay in the homestay. Very friendly and helpful family. We felt at home:) For breakfast you get whatever you ask for. And the barbecue dinner was always delicious. The owner will organize excursions and other activities according to your wishes.:) Good location in quiet village. I hope we come back.

Thanh is such a lovely and helpful host. He sat there patiently for a while and helped me with inserting a sim card I had to my phone and setting it up as I was having trouble. He also gave me any information I needed, always with a smile. The room was nice and the place was in a convenient location, just behind the port.

Mama Nhi and Papa Lo are attentive hosts, even though we have little common language between us, we were mostly able to communicate and understand each other! It is a home stay, so you are very much sharing a home with your hosts and other travelers. Mama Nhi is an excellent cook and all our meals were delicious especially dinner, mostly vegetarian with some little bit of fish/seafood. Fishing with Papa Lo was an experience, going out in a small basket boat, we didn’t catch anything but that’s alright, it was enjoyable just being in one of those boats.

It was a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend you to stay here. There was a storm coming & they texted me that I can stay a day longer because no boats will leave the island. Since I had a flight I could check out a day earlier & leave immediately. They didn't charge anything for the night I left earlier. I would love to come back one day & stay longer. The island is awesome!

Mama Kim's Homestay is a lovely way of getting out into nature and away from buzzing Hoi An. Mama Kim offers a variety of activities through her neighbors, and there are a good amount of affordable restaurants for lunch right nearby. We learned about village life, made some friends, and had many interesting conversations with the ineffable Mama Kim (with the help of Google Translate, which worked fine). We enjoyed having breakfast and dinner with fellow travelers at the Homestay. We relied on the motorbike drivers who initially drop you off at the Homestay to get around the island (esp. Rāy Ông Bàng, which has great food & coffee and serves as a home base for nicer beaches). Rarely met this many nice people in just 2.5 days, which felt like a lifetime away from stress. We hope to be back one day!
