The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was always clean. The owner thai and his wife van are very kind and good people. They help whenever needed. They don't disturb you. They gave me vietnamese goodies to taste. Thank you so much.

Lovely decor, perfect central location, very friendly staff / hosts. Apartment was very well (recently) furnished, quality stood out. The apartment sits above a coffee shop which was great to pop into and enjoy a morning coffee before going out for the day. All main attractions within close walking proximity - exceptional value, a great property, well recommended.

Without a moment's hesitation, you offered to accompany me to the pharmacy store. Your willingness to walk with me late at night made an indelible impact on my sense of safety and comfort. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the tasty breakfasts (only one option but very nice). Also we stayed here since it was closed to the airport and we were allowed to stay around the pool after check-out the last day. Staff was really friendly and also supplied us with a list of good places to eat (which is nice since to location is outside the center and tripadvisor is not really working).

Amazing host family, close to everything in Ho Chi Minh City in District 1. Down a cool alleyway off the main rd where the buses & taxis come and go for tourists, backpackers. The other end of alleyway takes u straight on to walking street with it's loud music, dancing, lights & noise but you wouldn't know it when u stay there as so quiet. The family who run it are so friendly and even offered us a map showing great places to eat & go for entertainment, sights etc. The fresh free bananas were such a bonus in mornings & during the day.
