The location is just 2 min away from a nice beach. The stuff and house owners were friendly and helpful.I had such sweet dreams on this bed, it was very comfortable and clean.

Family of 5 (2 teenagers and a grown up daughter). We loved the place. The spot, the food and the family😃 They were so freindly and arranged everything for us. The boattrip to the island, a trip with snorkeling and a scootertrip around the island. The food served in the homestay was fantastic. Absolutely wunderful!

HOIANIAN CENTRAL VILLA býður upp á borgarútsýni og gistirými með ókeypis reiðhjólum, garði og verönd, í um 700 metra fjarlægð frá yfirbyggðu, japönsku brúnni Chùa cầu. Susan and her family were amazing. Truly the most welcoming people. We arrived pretty late in the evening but Susan welcomed us and gave us welcome drinks. We were only there for a night and a little bit for the next day but she was ready with a list of recommendations. Given our time frame she gave us a shorter version of what she recommended. She even recommended a really great restaurant that we later learned that was also her family restaurant. If you stay here, make sure to ask about the restaurant and try it out. Food was amazing. I’ve written a review for that on Google as well. The villa itself was I a very central location. Everything was walking distance and so convenient. The room was clean and really cozy. Shower was amazing and hot and very comforting after a long sweaty day. Really no complaints and would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Our stay came with breakfast and we got a menu of healthy selections. We got an omelette with a baguette which was delicious. There was free refills of coffee and tea as well. All in all I highly recommend :) thank you Susan and family!!

Vincent's House býður upp á gistirými í 600 metra fjarlægð frá miðbæ Hoi An, útisundlaug og ókeypis reiðhjól. Vincent’s House is perfect. Great location and a really great price offering value for money. Vince and his family own and run this small hotel and they do a fabulous job. His mum cooks the best banana pancakes I’ve had on my entire two month trip. The hotel is located down a little side alley and away from the hustle and bustle. The pool and gardens are beautifully maintained

Það er í innan við 1 km fjarlægð frá yfirbyggðu, japönsku brúnni Chùa... the room was clean and the facilities were much much nicer than what we ever expecting for a home stay since it was in a very twisty back alley. The family was AMAZING. They were incredibly welcoming even to the point of inviting us to their family lunch. We had plans so we first tried to politely refuse but they were insistent and we’re so glad we accepted their offer. The one missing member of their family from the meal was the one who had a little English. Since we’re have no Vietnamese it was a fun experience trying to communicate. on top of all this the matriarch of the family kept giving us little treats every time she saw us over the three days—cold water bottles and little plates of fruit. It was like we were staying at our grandmothers house!

This was a beautiful quiet property tucked down a little lane way but still so close to all the attractions. The female owner was super helpful and booked all my tours and taxi for me.

BOOK THIS PLACE!! Where to start, the rooms are amazing, such comfy beds and great showers! We booked 3 nights but ended up staying 5. The location is perfect walking distance to the main area and only a 10 minute scooter ride from the beach. The staff at the homestay are amazing people, such a lovely welcoming family who helped us so much throughout our stay with renting scooters and onward buses. They go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable trip in hoi an and we were sad to leave!

Perfect location if you are looking for a calm street at 5-10 minutes walk from old town. You can also rent bike for free. The host was reallyyy helpful, many great recommendations and the tour we did was nice! The homestay is really clean, free water is also great. Would 100% recommend.
