Beautiful newly refurbished property with charming rooms and a perfect quiet location. The staff was truly incredible and extremely gracious and helpful. I would recommend to anyone looking to get away from the touristy sections of Hue and want a more authentic experience. The neighborhood could not be more perfect!

We stayed in the Lake View room and it was lovely, especially seeing the daily lives of those living around the lake. The room was clean and comfortable. Laundry services were available and the host did an amazing job with our clothes. The homestay is within walking distance to the Imperial City as well as a local market. Great food options in the area. Some of the best spots were in hidden alleys. The homestay is also near a great corner cafe, tasty bánh mì, and an excellent barber. The host for this homestay was so incredibly sweet! It was a joy to interact with her and her visitors. Yes, there is a language barrier, but I'm not sure where most of the reviewers think they are traveling to. You'd think they were going to the UK or Canada with how much English they expect everyone to speak. Folks, you're in Vietnam and there are plenty of translation apps!

The pool was fantastic. Staff were amazing and helped us with tours and transport etc. Room was very comfortable and relaxing. Loved the location.

Everything! It’s very clean and quiet, even though it’s near a busy location. Mrs Ly is very lovely and caring. She takes time to talk and makes you feel at home right away. I told her my stomach was a little upset and she gave me a warm homemade drink, I felt better quickly after. She also helped me get a tour guide who speaks English the next day and shared some stories about her life. She herself doesn’t speak much English but it didn’t bother me. We used a translation app and brought a friend who could help me translate. Very lovely lady, I hope to meet her again someday!

They give tips on where to eat and visit in the city, as well as book buses to the next destinations.
