Our room was nice with a comfortable bed, we loved the breakfast and it is in a great location. We appreciated having the property arrange transfers. We departed before the breakfast was ready so they offered a to go breakfast! I felt very safe at this property and they are constantly cleaning.

Brenda is absolutely brilliant! Our Acatenango tour didn't pick us up and she called them for us and sort it out - basically saving the day! Plus she and the team are super hardworking and friendly! Hostel is also great: super clean, really good brekkie, and great location. And very easy to meet people if you try! Lovely garden too.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Roman was great to us when we were suffering with food poisoning! Very clean and spacious place to stay. Good WiFi, kitchen, bathrooms, facilities, nice rooftop. Not far from town but far enough that you can sleep well. 100% would recommend.

The staff was very nice and welcoming - thank you, Keila and Lili, for everything! Comfortable beds, nice common area, close to city center. The BEST shower I've had the whole trip (2.5 months now) - really hot water, great water flow, big shower space (was especially appreciated after coming back from Acatenango). Great place to meet people, but didn't feel like a loud party hostel (for me it was a great combination).
