Conveniently located in Phnom Penh, Pooltop Phnom Penh offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. Great location and great amenities for the cost of 5USD a day. Everything was clean, staff were really helpful, and the pool and food was great. Location was a quick 10 minute walk down to the night market and the main river front strip of bars, or a cheap tuk tuk. Tattoo studio right next door was also great.

A great hotel, in one of the quietest streets in Phnom Penh. The staff are always willing to help with whatever is needed. The manager accepted from me a 100 usd note that was damaged.. He was really generous about it. He also helped me to find a laundry at the last minute. He even let me stay for free for several more hours after the check out time without accepting money in exchange, because check out is at noon and my flight was at night. I tried to offer him more money but he kindly told me that it was not necessary. He even told me to take my time, that there was no rush! A manager like this is not easy to find nowhere.
