I loved every single detail about that place. Its definitely in my top 3 hostels in the world and #1 in South East Asia. It has exceeded my expectations by thousand times. So clean and quite. Included breakfast is great, staff is unbelievable!

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. Main man Xay is a great guy. Very social, they have free whiskey for two hours which is fantastic, and all for an excellent price. I would recommend to anyone.

The receptionist who work there most of the time was very accommodating, friendly and easy to talk to. I want to recommend this hostel to all filipino and non filipino who like to travel Vientiane Laos for intention of getting a visa at Thai Royal Embassy. Affordable, clean and friendly? This hostel is for you. Although the place is not too close from the Embassy but a tuktuk(tricycle) fee for transportation from the hostel is fine. The stay is affordable included breakfast. The rooms are kept clean as well. That is why I can tell that I don’t have regrets staying here at all.

Barn Laos Hostel in Vientiane provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. The staff is incredible! They recommended taking the minivan to Vang Vieng as a more convenient and cheaper option and so we did. The breakfast is “as big as you like” as you cook it, which was super nice! The house is close to the city centre, in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The hostel has noise policy and when we were there, people were already asleep at 22:00, so you shouldn’t bother about your sleep.

Featuring a garden, a shared lounge as well as a bar, Barn1920s Hostel is situated in the heart of Vientiane, a 5-minute drive from Mekong River and a 3-minute walk from a night market. Just stayed one night but would DEFINITELY come back if I'm in Vientiane again. Such a cool concept (Twenties) and so many little details that make a backpackers life easier: lockers inside the beds, hangers and other options for your clothes inside the beds, beds in general were very comfortable, the showers had mirrors and were spacious, everything VERY clean. Breakfast was DIY with plenty of options (eggs, salads, toast, muesli, porridge, I saw someone making pancakes etc) the hostel is located in a quiet area yet close to the center. And in the evening there are local food stalls next to the hostel, if you want the full food experience :)

Featuring a restaurant, Dream Home Hostel is located in a residential area in Vientiane. Guests can access to free WiFi throughout the property. It is 700 metres from Laos National Museum. The check in process was quick and simple. The room was clean, and so were the bathrooms! There is a restaurant/cafe on the first floor so you can get food without having to venture out if you're feeling lazy. There is a storage room to keep your bags before check in and after check out... also Staff was helpful and friendly. Easy to book the bus ticket with they.

Sailomyen Hostel features a loft design accommodation complete with an in-house cafe on the ground floor where coffee is served. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room and bed are very comfy though it's a little bit small. The environment is great. They even offer free breakfast and good coffee.
