This apartment is located just minutes away from the New Boulevard and very close to the National Sport Park. Major attractions are 15-20 minutes walking distance from the apartment, such as Pazari i Ri (New Bazaar), Skanderbeg Square and Bunkart 2 museum. In the first floor of the building there some nice coffee shops and grocery store. Next to the building there is a city bus stop that goes to the city center. It stops every 10 minutes.
