Capsule Coffee Machine for the coffee enthusiasts and microwave for to heat or cook meals fast. Entertain on the leather dining suite with complimentary serviettes. Enjoy water and mountain views on the large under cover balcony while sipping your Coffee or relaxing in the leather rocking recliners while taking in the views and/or watching a movie on Netflix, Tubi or free to air on the large 65” Sony Bravia Smart Television. Sleep soundly on the 7-zone chiropractic inner spring mattress and block out curtains. Complimentary fold out single bed for guest number 12 free of charge. Convenient workspace with a desk, ergonomic chair, and power cube with USB ports for charging your smart devices. Spacious bathroom with a large shower bay, toilet, and dressing table for your preening needs. House Rules 1. Smoking is only permitted outside. 2. For insurance reasons, only paying guests are permitted to stay overnight. 3. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am. 4. Visitors to the property by prior approval for insurance reasons. 5. Cleaning fees are not charged. Cleaning equipment and supplies are provided for guests use throughout your stay.

Situated in a modern homes area towards the end of a no through road in the Northern Suburbs of Hobart. Glenorchy and Claremont Shopping hubs are within 4km and 12km from Hobart CBD. The property is close to Mona Museum; Moorilla Winery; the Granada Tavern; Beer Wines and Spirits (BWS) Bottle Shop; and a Corner Store. The closest Bus Stop is 1.3km (0.8 miles) from the property, therefore having your own vehicle is recommended. The Intercity Cycleway is less that 200m away for the cycling enthusiasts.
