Foreigners and non-resident Colombians are exempt from VAT if the purpose of their trip is: (a) to receive medical treatment, (b) rest or leisure activities as tourists, (c) to attend or participate in cultural, scientific, sports, conventions or business (d) tourist groups in maritime transit of a cruise ship. For this purpose, the passport must be stamped with the "PT" code with a validity of 90 days. If there is any modification to the applicable regulations, we will proceed to inform you immediately.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.

Voluntary Hotel insurance service: This insurance will cover you during your stay if you become positive for COVID-19 up to 15 sick days of stay and full meal plan. It will also provide you with medical assistance due to an accident, on call doctor’s visit, transport to medical centers, compensation for accidental death and movement of the mortal remains. It also includes protection in case of qualified robbery in and out of the public transit. It applies within the limited designated for the insurance.

Please note that swimming pool and humid areas are closed on Mondays after 15:00 due to maintenance, if monday is festive then it will be closed on tuesday.

Room service is available daily until 22:00.
