This is a homely heritage property, well suited to clients who are looking a home-away-from-home and want a comfortable place with family/elder parents. As a part of heritage Markendswar sahi where people know each other, its 100 % secure then “sea beach side” l plus internally secured with double gate and all common area are fitted with CCTV cameras. I will not recommend this for client/s looking for “luxury hotel” facility with bellboy on call etc as they are valued at 3000/- plus only available only near sea-beach side and not a single one located within 1 km – 1 km. radius of Jagannath temple. Room size is 120 sft. AC room with attached Bathroom of 48 sft. With an outside garden sit out. Facility include TV, Geyser, AC with attached bath. Accommodation for 2 adult with 1 child (below 6 yrs) It is highly rated by both like-minded Indian and foreign clients already and we don’t want guests to confuse it as “3-star” hotel and give us a low rating : ). It’s managed by elderly couple who stay within the same premise to give you a real-home experience. We prefer guests who are coming to offer devotional service to Lord Jagannath and enjoy the enchanting sightseeing around Jagannath Puri. You have great sweet shop selling authentic Puri sweets. Well secured ( as it comes with in 500 M radius of Jagannath temple) and access to all imp tourist destinations of Puri like sea beach (1.8km), imp pilgrimage areas within 2 km. range.
