The Building was built in 1907, commissioned by the brothers Daniele and Sereno Florio who entrusted the project to Pietro Fenoglio, an Italian architect and engineer, considered one of the most important liberty interpreters in Italy. It is recorded on the City of Turin's Cultural Heritage register. The whole building has been fully restored in 2020, with a special care of any small detail that can maintain the concept of the original project but adopting high end materials in terms of soundproofing and insulation, a modern elevator, a central heating system with the highest technology and energy saving criteria. The apartment comes with an open space living room/kitchen, a small corner where working comfortably with your laptop, serviced by a powerful internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Pots and pan, kitchen's tools. A comfortable sofa bed with lounge seat and a 55" flat smart Tv make the ambient very cozy. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 mattress, a second 43"flat smart TV, wall cabinet. Between the bedroom and the bathroom has been designed a functional laundry with Bosch washing machine, Bosch dryer and a sink. The bathroom has a large shower

The apartment has two big windows facing Via Monte di Pieta', probably one of the most elegant and quiet streets of the City center, in a perfect position between the best shopping Firms of Via Pietro Micca and the vicinity of Via Roma but, on the other hand, the typical small alleys where you can find singular shops and cozy restaurants and bars. A small supermarket is just some steps from the location. All major points of cultural evidence as The Royal Palace, The Egyptian museum, Palazzo Madama, Cinema Museum and Mole Antonelliana are within walking distance. You can park your vehicle nearby at Piazza Castello indoor Public Parking.
