The Building was built in 1907, commissioned by the brothers Daniele and Sereno Florio who entrusted the project to Pietro Fenoglio, an Italian architect and engineer, considered one of the most important liberty interpreters in Italy. It is recorded on the City of Turin's Cultural Heritage register. The whole building has been fully restored in 2020, with a special care of any small detail that can maintain the concept of the original project but adopting high end materials in terms of soundproofing and insulation, a modern elevator, a central heating system with the highest technology and energy saving criteria. The apartment comes with an open space living room/kitchen, a small corner where working comfortably with your laptop, serviced by a powerful internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Pots and pan, kitchen's tools. All major points of cultural evidence as The Royal Palace, The Egyptian museum, Palazzo Madama, Cinema Museum and Mole Antonelliana are within walking distance.
