Please note that it is possible to arrive at the Villa as early as 11:00 am to wait and enjoy the common areas. Any request for arrival after 2:30 pm is subject to confirmation by the property and may involve an additional charge. After this time, arrivals will be made independently, through an arrival procedure or via telephonic support.
