Lovely place, extremely well kept, beautiful interior. Wonderful, unobtrusive service, very well run. Innkeeper is very pleasant, and I really appreciated the effort made by his wife, the cook, to accommodate my myriad of food allergies. All positive.

506 River Inn is located in the quiet area of Woodstock. My room was quiet, reasonably sized with lovely views. The food was excellent, not too complex but tasted wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I'd most certainly come back.

The room was clean, the landscaping was beautiful, the pond was awesome. Liked the privacy of the log cabin and that pets are welcome. All the staff were very helpful and nice. Loved the coffee in the lobby each morning.

A lovely location set by the river. The property has a large patio with relaxing chairs overlooking the river. On our first day we enjoyed a drink from the bar sitting outside. We would've liked to have spent some more time there but the weather wasn't good. We didn't have the breakfast available as we don't usually eat much in the mornings but a great option for those that do. Staff and owner both friendly and helpful.

Loved the area with the fireplace. also loved being able to walk from our room to the nice restaurant and back to our room, without stepping out of the inn
