this is the most amazing place I stayed in Africa so far. the food is great, the lodge is very pretty and the stuff is very helpful. you can see animals so close - it’s unbelievable.

We stopped by a castle in the middle of the desert, without any booking, and immediately fell in love with this place. Everything is out of this world, cured with a lot of taste for detail. The rooms are spacious, comfy, well designed in harmony with the surrounding nature. The castle is made of stones from the rocks few hundred meters away. The food/chef are amazing and flexible (for vegetarians). Breakfast is out of this world. The view is breathtaking. We got a massage at the spa which was good value for money. Loved the vibe of the restaurant next to the swimming pool, again, great interior design with a lot of beautiful objects.

Very nice and quiet lodge in the middle of the desert, yet not that far away from the main road and Sossusvlei/Deadvlei that it was a pain to get there. The lodge has a lovely staff that took care of us in an excellent way. Also the day tour they provide is very much worth it. They provide spacious, clean lodges with warm showers. Also the food was great.

사막 한복판에 있어서 나름 낭만있고 밤에 별도 잘 보였습니다. 에어컨도 잘 나왔고 전반적으로는 깨끗했어요. 무엇보다 빈트후크로 가는 셔틀을 예약을 못해서 난감해하고 있었는데 리셉션에서 도와주셔서 다행히 잘 갈 수 있었습니다!! 다만 주변에 편의시설이 하나도 없기 때문에 왕복 700NSD인가를 내고 셔틀(?)을 이용해야 했는데 가격이 거의 절반인거 고려하면 참을만 합니다.

The staff and owners were friendly. The camp was unique and interesting with a large collection of metal sculptures and unique objects. Meals were authentic and delicious. The bagged brunch prepared for us was exceptional. The chalet were comfortable within a beautiful setting.
