Ambong Rainforest Retreat offers an adult-only getaway amidst tropical surroundings. Located on a steep hill within the rainforest, rooms are only accessible via long staircases. It is a 4-minute drive from Pantai Cenang, a 15-minute drive from Langkawi Airport and a 30-minute drive from Kuah Town. Excellent place to stay, friendly staff. The food was really good and the surrounding was very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were well-kept. The views from the room are fabulous. Must try the sunset dinner and the breakfast at the in-house restaurant. If visiting Langkawi will definitely stay here again.

The lodge offers an outdoor pool. Great villas. Perfect, quiet location in the jungle, blending with nature - surrounded by monkeys, birds, squirrels. Perfect place for a peaceful family vacation. The villas were very clean, spacious. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. Very pleasant. 10/10 stars. The staff also helped to organize transportation rental, both scooters and cars.
