Located in Takaka, 10 minutes' drive from the beach, The Rocks Chalets features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Free private parking is available on site. Eclectic little cluster of 4 chalets well maintained right outside of Tanaka (short 1 km walk on paved trail into town). Wonderful, welcoming owners who see after everything with great detail. Originally booked here because Kaiteriteri over the hill had nothing left, but would stay in Golden Bay again in heart beat. Nice drive to Totaranui on easy gravel road to take water taxi to Abel Tasman.

Just a 10-minute walk from Kaiteriteri Beach, Kimi Ora Eco Resort offers rooms with a balcony and sea views. Lovely very large apartment with all amenities. Loved the balcony overlooking Kaiteriteri beach. Delicious breakfast and enjoyed the spa facilities.

Murchison Motels in Murchison has 4-star accommodation with a garden. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Very close to town centre. The room was very clean and had everything you needed. Lovely comfortable bed. Will definitely come back when we visit murchison again.
